    It arrived with a broken pot - spoke to customer service and they sent a new one out to replace it without an hassles.

    Nice looking rubber tree when it arrived. The photo looks a bit average so I wasn't sure if I made the right decision. I spoke with the staff and they assured me it looks real. Now that it is in place, I definitely agree.
