Make sure you have the ceiling height!

Quite large fragile box, arrived very token and plant was crushed. Fortunately not an artificial novice, so used hairdryer & skill to fix/restyle. BAM! 2 hours later Ive the best fake Ive ever had. Dont buy if you cant invest time to style. But for the cost, you should be happy to commit to some prep, and you will be rewarded. Also, my ceiling is 320cm tall & still had to put as low in the pot as I could as was so tall, but lowering worked & its just amazing, wish I could post a photo!

We had a very pleasant experience with Artificial Plant Shop so I'd like to offer some thoughts on the Kentia product we purchased. - Your photo of the palm is accurate but it does need some "fluffing" to shape it that way. - There were no issues with our delivery - arriving 2 days after we placed our order. - One point you don't mention in your description, which you should, are the bark and husk at the base of the trunks. We were surprised to see this and it adds a beautiful touch that really does make the tree come together. - We would appreciate being able to purchaser some sort of cleaner to keep it looking its best. One of the branches was badly bent during transit. Customer service replaced the tree with no issues so all was well in the end... but I think its worth considering using a different courier.
