If you’re looking for an ultra-lifelike arrangement that stays picture perfect all year round, this is the one. This Dark Pink Peony arrangement has been crafted to look as close as possible to the real thing. In the image above you’ll notice each Peony flower is in different stage of blooming as well as lush green leaves, slightly varying in colour. The complete the arrangement it comes paired with a Glass Vase. To ensure the arrangement stays perfect, you’ll even notice some crystal clear artificial water which holds the flower stems in place.

Delivery Times
In most areas we deliver Monday to Friday. Delivery times to most capital Cities (excluding Perth & Darwin) is 1-2 business days. We endeavour to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. The exception to this is if you have ordered a flower arrangement as we specially make these for each order and take 3-4 days to complete.

Tracking Information
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we send through tracking details so you can keep an eye on your order every step of the way. These tracking details will also include a scheduled delivery date for your order.
Free Shipping
We do our very best to offer Free Shipping to as much of Australia as we possibly can. The areas we can't offer Free Shipping to are WA, NT, Far North Queensland and TAS. For these areas we offer discounted shipping which is calculated in the checkout, before you finalise your order.
Installation & Styling
Installation
Just about all of all our plants arrive at your door fully assembled (except giant trees), so there is no need to worry about trying to put them together. When your order arrives, all you need to do is unpack the shipping box and place them in the area you have planned.
Styling
We pack our products tight for safe transport so when you unbox them, give them a bit of time to expand before styling. Use the photos on our website as a guide to the final look - start at the lowest branches first and gradually style each branch, gradually your way up the plant or tree. Heat can also be used to style the leaves exactly the way you prefer. Be very careful not to overheat your brand new plants. If you need any styling advice or tips, please get in contact with us.

No matter which payment method you use, you won’t pay any transaction fees. We absorb them all.
Customer Care Plan
Warranty
All our products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty of 1 year. All you need to make a claim is the order number from your purchase.
While many of our customers do keep their plants, trees and flowers in outdoor environments, please note that doing so will void your warranty.
Customer Care Plan
If you want to extend your protection you can purchase a Care Plan from us. This will give you an additional 2 years of protection on top of the standard manufacturers warranty. Note that your protection under this cover may overlap with your rights and remedies under applicable laws, including any Consumer Guarantees.

Change of Mind
We offer returns within 14 days of you receiving your order and require a photograph of the products you wish to return. All items must be in their original packaging and box, contain the original packing slip and products must be in brand new condition. Returns will be subject to refund minus shipping costs incurred by us to deliver the product to you and a 15% restocking fee. We cannot offer returns on specially customised products unfortunately.
Faulty Goods
You’re purchasing a brand new artificial plant so it’s only fair that you receive one! We quality check each and every product before shipping, so if you receive your order and there is damage, please let us know within 14 days and we will arrange an exchange/ replacement. Please note that a photo must be sent of the damage.

Love it, but I prefer the white version
I purchased the Dark Pink Peony arrangement as well as the White version and really like them both. My favourite is the white one so while the quality is perfect, I just prefer the colour of the white one... so 4 stars for this one.

How lifelike are your plants?
All images of our plants are real photos of our products. We strive to source the highest quality and lifelike plants, trees and flowers. Most trees including all Bamboo and Maple are made from real natural timber trunks. We distinguish ourselves by only stocking the highest quality, lifelike plants. Many of our plants including all bamboo trees are made from real plant trunks. Made from high quality plastic with metal support and structure, and the highest attention to detail.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We endeavour to process all orders within 1 business day. Some products that have decorative pots are made especially for each order so please allow 2-3 days extra for the plant to be potted and glue to set. Shipping usually takes between 1-6 business days, depending on your location. Please let us know if your order is URGENT and we will make every possible effort to meet your deadline.
What if I'm not home when my delivery arrives?
If no one will be home, you have the option to leave a sign at the front door for the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place. However, if the courier is unable to deliver the parcel, there may be a redelivery fee that needs to be paid. We do apologise for this, but it is out of our hands.
Does someone need to be present when shipping to a home address?
If no one is going to present during expected delivery, please specify this during checkout in the notes section. Alternatively you may leave a note for the courier at your door. If the courier is unable to deliver your package they will return it to the nearest depot for collection. Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes - we can only ship to physical addresses as we use a express courier service.
