Box damaged
We were excited to receive out Willow tree but the box arrived in terrible condition. Fortunately the tree was fine and perfectly in tact, but I would encourage you to find a more suitable courier who takes a bit more care with the packages.

The Willow looks beautiful but can I suggest you also offer an option to have it come with installed fairy lights?

Real wood?!?!
