You Choose, We Design, Supply and Install - Case Study

Let us introduce to you our most recent and favourite projects at the Artificial Plant Shop. This was an exciting opportunity to work with challenging positioning and unique placement of a range of plants and foliage, a combination of particular plant selection and careful installation. We are so proud of this artificial plant installation at Central Cafe, Sky City Adelaide Casino!

Starting with approximately 20 metres of empty frame boxes, we transformed it into a zero-maintenance oasis. The artificial plant installation consists of a variety of Ferns, Grasses and Berries, all available directly from Artificial Plant Shop. These were chosen to suit the interior and function of the cafe very carefully.

This supply and install project at Central Cafe began with a planning process whereby individual plant varieties were selected which were deemed best suitable. These were selected by the Artificial Plant Shop based on the client brief which also outlined strict measurements for the area so we needed to consider what would give maximum appeal and what eye level the boxes would be at. We then provided the client with a quote for approval. The second step of the process was the fabrication of various components for the planter box inserts, ensuring a tight fit and longevity of the plants going into them. The preparation is extremely important for a successful installation so we take pride in our accuracy at this stage of a project. Lastly, came the installation stage - a team of our finest professionals worked together to bring this artificial plant display to life.

Due to careful planning, careful measuring and product selection, the installation was seamless. This was thanks to Colin, one of our highly professional team members, with many years of experience in drawing up plans for interior spaces, excellent practical and trade skills and working on the precision of projects to ensure it adheres to the clients wants and needs perfectly. We always go above and beyond here at the Artificial Plant Shop…we love it when customers are blown away by how easy the process was and how great the finished product looks.

This project was in conjunction with one of Australia’s most highly regarded florists, Barossa Vintage Florist. Kirsty, from Barossa Vintage Florist, was one key member of our team, whose skill and expertise were invaluable in this installation. Kirsty has won numerous state awards for her floral arrangements and high level of professionalism and her eye for detail was a wonderful asset to this project.

This artificial plant installation is one that shows the diversity of how foliage can be used in interior areas, with much of this installation being above eye level and also as a border and backing to the main signage of the cafe. Thank you Central Cafe, for choosing Artificial Plant Shop.
