Protect your investment with our 2-Year Extended Warranty, designed for indoor use and peace of mind.

This warranty covers faults in materials or workmanship under normal, undisturbed indoor conditions. If your artificial plant experiences structural failure or manufacturing issues within 2 years — and hasn’t been handled, moved, or exposed to the elements — we’ll replace it.

✅ What’s covered:

• Manufacturing defects
• Structural failure under normal indoor display
• Material degradation unrelated to light, moisture, or external force
• UV fading, discolouration or cracking from sunlight (only for our Vertical Garden products, specifically stating UV Treated)

❌ What’s not covered:

• UV fading, discolouration, or cracking from sunlight or weather
• Any outdoor use
• Damage from pets, children, cleaning, or movement
• Falling, tipping, or accidental damage
• Modifications or attempted repairs

We back the quality of our plants — this warranty is here for the rare times something genuinely goes wrong.

Note: Warranty must be purchased at the same time as your plant. Coverage applies to one plant per warranty purchased.
