Arrived broken but replaced next day
I was really disappointed when the delivery arrived and the box looked terrible. When I unboxed it i noticed the palm was damaged in several spots. I called Artificial Plant Shop and they were very apologetic and had a replacement sent, which arrived the following day. The replacement arrived in perfect condition and I love how it looks in my home. 4 stars only because of the first delivery.

Great addition to our living room
While I really like the Palm Tree and it is very high quality as advertised, I'm not very good at the styling part when it arrived. My advice would be to use the photo as a guide so you get the same look.
